Payment for goods will always be taken at the time of order placement.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card on-line or by telephone; by PayPal to sales@audio-components.co.uk; by bank transfer; by cheque (allow 5 days for clearance before goods are shipped)

All credit or debit card details are fully encrypted and can not be read by anyone other than Audio Components (UK) Ltd.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation before any transaction can be completed.

Audio Components (UK) Ltd warrants that at the time of shipment Goods will correspond to the description on this Website.

In addition to the Buyer's statutory rights, Audio Components (UK) Ltd guarantees all Goods against faulty workmanship and materials, for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

Your use of any information, downloaded documents or software on our website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be held liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website meet your requirements.

All prices on this website and inclusive of VAT and is applicable to all transactions within the EU at the rate prevailing at the time of purchase (currently 20%). Prices on the website are subject to change and some are affected by the international price of raw materials such as copper, silver and rare-earth metals - we reserve the right not to accept an order for products if such a raw materials price increase has occurred since the prevailing website price was issued - all orders received by audio components (UK) Ltd are subject to our acceptance.

Audio Components (UK) Ltd reserve the right to charge postage and packing on shipments. We carry Goods-in-Transit insurance for your additional security. However, customer’s own goods shipped to us for refurbishment or repair should be covered by the customer’s own insurance.

If your delivery address is outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes when the shipment reaches your country. You must pay any additional charges for customs clearance; such policies vary from country to country.

Order cancellation - any order cancelled by the customer 24 hours or more after placement of order will be subject to a 10% administration fee.
